It is just a few kilometres offshore from Nadi and its international airport, yet feels a million miles away. The new Six Senses Fiji encompasses a boutique luxury resort with 26 spacious villas, all with private pools, in addition to 60 luxury Six Senses residences in 3, 4 and 5 bedroom configurations that are being developed in stages over the next few years. Owners of the residences will enjoy access to all of the facilities of the Six Senses Fiji resort.
Each residence, designed by award-winning New Zealand architect Richard Priest, has been crafted in a contemporary Fijian style for owners seeking an idyllic paradise escape from their busy lifestyles. There are 11 residences completed, with another 8 to start in the next 6 months in stage 1. In stage 3 there are 31 residential lots that are currently available for purchase.

The structure of the residences' lot ownership (99-year leaseholds) has been set up to preserve the underlying ownership of the land by the local Fijian tribes (the Mataqali), and will generate sustainable revenue streams by way of a share in the leases on the land and an ownership share in the resort management company. The private residences may be placed into the Six Senses Rental Program with the benefit to owners of Six Senses management and also rental at times of the year when they are not being used, and for guests they present a spacious accommodation option.
The resort is situated just 23 kilometres (14.3 miles) from Nadi International Airport. It’s a short scenic 10-minute helicopter journey to Six Senses Fiji or alternatively a 20-minute drive from the airport to Port Denarau Marina, then a 35-minute boat trip to Six Senses Fiji on Malolo Island.
