JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group have been exclusively appointed to offer for sale one of Australia's largest mixed use complex comprising 844 hotel rooms, student accommodation, extended stay residence and large-scale meeting facilities, office building and substantial residential development site with exisiting permit for 377 apartments and 520 car bays.

The office component consists of a 6-level office building fully leased with net lettable area of 5,140sqm.
Give the assets four titles, JLL expects to recive strong interest either in-one-line or separately on the four indivual titles from both domestic and off shore investors.
