TFE Hotels' expansion into the Melbourne market ramps up with the new-look Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne.
After undergoing a total refurbishment, the Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne has been revealed with 11 new penthouse apartments, plus a renovated rooftop-view pool with a spacious terrace for entertaining, all taking in Melbourne’s city skyline. All 155 of the one, two and three bedroom apartments have been stylishly redecorated with new furniture, fittings and bathrooms. Guests will find new bedheads, lighting, artworks, and linen sofas. The bathrooms feature Nero Marquina floors, with rich timber vanities and slick shelving.
TFE Hotels CEO Rachel Argaman said: “Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne has always held great appeal thanks to its superb location, spacious rooms and excellent service.
“Now I can confidently say the hotel also boasts some of the best interiors in the market; something that gives travellers an extra reason to choose it as their other address for their next Melbourne stay.
“The idea was to transform the hotel into a space you could imagine in any cosmopolitan city in the world, whether it be New York, London or Paris. I’m happy to say we have excelled, creating a sense of modern luxury that flows right through from the lobby to the rooftop. The fact Melbourne’s laneways, best restaurants, cafes and theatres sit just outside the front door now feels like an added bonus,” she said.
The design brief was to create a warm and cosy ambience with a modern edge. The lobby is finished with rich ebony timber, velvet upholstery and an autumnal colour scheme.
Bespoke hand-painted rugs and artwork continue this theme with wing-backed chairs adding comfortable places for guests to relax, or read a book from the nearby shelves.
The luxe black and gold Nero Tempesta marble surface reception desk compliments UK designer Lee Broom’s golden hanging pendants.
The luxurious penthouse apartments feel like New York lofts, with their autumnal colour palette, natural timbers and black granite. The kitchens add a homey touch so guests feel encouraged to use the space for cooking and entertaining.
TFE Hotels’ is expanding into the Melbourne market, with four more hotels planned, each becoming curated precincts which will form new destinations in themselves.
