The stunning two-storey, leasehold titled multipurpose hospitality venue, featuring a café, restaurant, and two versitile function rooms accommodating up to 712 patrons, boasts breathtaking views of Port Phillip Bay. Nestled within the iconic Station Pier, Mr Hobson has been secured by a prominent local operator with experience in the precinct.
“The campaign attracted significant interest from both hospitality industry players given the existing infrastructure, and also from those eyeing alternate uses such as education, office, and medical,” said Colliers, Senior Executive, Restructuring Property Services, Nick Garoni.
“Ultimately, a local operator, with capabilities to manage the venue’s future operations, emerged as the ideal buyer, bringing the necessary capital and experience to rejuvinate this prime location,” he added.
