Expressions of interest are being sought for beachfront glamping site on the Tweed Coast, which is being marketed through LJ Hooker Kingscliff Director Nick Witheriff.
It's difficult to talk about accommodation at Cabarita Beach without mentioning the Hideaway glamping site.
Siutated at 2-6 Tweed Coast Road, the iconic property is set to change hands for only the second time in nearly 50 years after being put on the market via LJ Hooker Kingscliff.
The area has already attracted its fair share of attention this year, with Cabarita Beach topping the list in the 101 best Australian beaches book produced by renowned ocean advocate Brad Farmer in conjunction with Tourism Australia.

LJ Hooker Kingscliff Director Nick Witheriff told WILLIAMS MEDIA the land held a multi-faceted appeal for investors and developers.
"Not only is it the site of the original Cabarita Beach Caravan Park, but it's also one of the last pieces of land able to be developed along the Tweed Coast," he said.
"The site could be utilised for land banking, or immediate commercial or residential development.
"There is also the option of continuing it as a tourism site."
Comprising 2,803 square metres, 2-6 Tweed Coast Road is only 148 metres from the shores of Cabarita Beach, and within walking distances of a range of cafes, shops and restaurants, including the award- winning Halcyon House, Cabarita Surf Club and Cabarita Hotel.
The region also has proximity to tourist hotspots such as Byron Bay and the Gold Coast.
Mr Witheriff said there had been no shortage of enquiry for the land so far.
"The property has already been viewed more than 2000 times online in just 17 days," he said.
"We've also had 85 email enquiries and two written offers.
"We're expecting further interest this week."
Expressions of Interest are closing June 4th 2020.
