Following a raft of vineyard activity over the past few weeks the iconic Hunter Valley vineyard, Tulloch, is the latest opportunity announced by tourism and leisure specialist firm HTL Property.

In existence since 1895, the hugely popular wine making business and its picturesque land holdings will come to market via an international EOI process managed by HTL Property’s Andrew Jolliffe and Ray White Rural’s Chris Malone.

“Market activity in this sector has been pronounced over the past month, with the sale of Joseph Chromy Estate and the proposed sale of the Casella family holdings enlivening astute investors” advised HTL Property Managing Director, Andrew Jolliffe.

The Tulloch Wines sale process follows HTL’s recent and proximate sale of the Hunter Valley’s statuesque Estate Tuscany; and is being sold via an international expression of interest program concluding 16 June, 2022.
