In existence since 1895, the hugely popular wine making business and its picturesque land holdings Hunter Valley vineyard for sale, Tulloch will come to market via an international EOI process managed by HTL Property’s Andrew Jolliffe and Ray White Rural’s Chris Malone.
Following a raft of vineyard activity over the past few weeks the iconic Hunter Valley vineyard, Tulloch, is the latest opportunity announced by tourism and leisure specialist firm HTL Property.
In existence since 1895, the hugely popular wine making business and its picturesque land holdings will come to market via an international EOI process managed by HTL Property’s Andrew Jolliffe and Ray White Rural’s Chris Malone.
“Market activity in this sector has been pronounced over the past month, with the sale of Joseph Chromy Estate and the proposed sale of the Casella family holdings enlivening astute investors” advised HTL Property Managing Director, Andrew Jolliffe.
“Hence we are excited to represent this highly regarded vineyard, complete with unparalleled brand equity and as such promote the opportunity to acquire an iconic foothold in Australia’s first ever wine growing region” Jolliffe added.
The 19 acre property, complete with modern cellar door and catering facilities, is located in the heart of Pokolbin and adjacent the Australian award winning Elysia Wellness Retreat and separately, Cypress Lakes Resort.
“All sectors of agribusiness are flourishing, and our recent experience selling Two Rivers winery in nearby Denman has highlighted the patent depth of investor interest in rural property holdings; particularly those which are underpinned by very profitable business operations” commented Ray White Rural’s, Chris Malone.
“And especially those that similarly enjoy the magnetism of tourism, such as that which Tulloch Wines so clearly does” Malone added.
Only two hours from Sydney, the sale of Tulloch includes the wine and cellar door operation; as well as the valuable suite of brands the business and its voluminous 14000 customer database are so widely known for.
“Tulloch has demonstrated robust historical profitability for a very long time, yet still houses numerous revenue levers yet to be maximized; including the better utilization of the very rare retail liquor license it owns” Jolliffe concluded.
The Tulloch Wines sale process follows HTL’s recent and proximate sale of the Hunter Valley’s statuesque Estate Tuscany; and is being sold via an international expression of interest program concluding 16 June, 2022.
