Bathurst’s Kelso Hotel sold by HTL Property Director, Blake Edwards on behalf of highly regarded Hotelier Liam O'Hara.
A syndicate led by well known hotelier Ashton Waugh has swooped on the Kelso Hotel in the NSW regional township of Bathurst.
Adding to his Family Hotel interest in the Central West town known for both tourism and agriculture, Waugh has continued to add to his growing portfolio of hotels.
Sold by leading brokerage firm HTL Property on behalf of highly regarded Hotelier Liam O'Hara, the sale of the Kelso Hotel is the firm's 25th NSW regional hotel sale this year.
"Like many others, our client required of us a discrete sale process in an applicably off-market fashion; and by utilizing the clear benefits of our active database of purchasers all well known to HTL" advised HTL Property Director, Blake Edwards.
Situated on a commanding and highly visible street frontage, the large format Kelso Hotel operates with 12 accommodation rooms, 20 poker machines and a valuable 3am liquor licence.
"With regional areas enjoying prolonged favouritism post the opening of domestic and international borders, we anticipate continued strong interest from both local and metro based buyers for A grade hospitality assets" Edwards added.
The announcement today of the Kelso Hotel by HTL Property is the 4th regional hotel sale announced by the leading brokerage firm this week.
