Manenti Quinlan & Associates announced the discreet off-market sale of the Bago Tavern on behalf of long-term owners, Peter & Judy Bugden.
Located in the historic Mid North Coast of Wauchope, the hotel offered a truly unique structure situated on a large 4,515 parcel of land.
The hotel encompassed a public bar, bistro, front beer garden, gaming lounge with 5 gaming machines, rear beer garden with children’s playground, 4-bedroom upper-level apartment as well as a free-standing residence.
The hotel adds to the stable of venues owned by Glenn Knight who intends to build on the reputation of this much-loved local.
