Colliers appointed as sole agent to offer Twenty One Whitfield en-bloc hotel on Hong Kong Island for sale
Leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX : CIGI) announced it has been appointed by the owner as sole agent for the sale of Twenty One Whitfield in Causeway Bay. The EOI closing date is on Wednesday, 10 May 2023, 12:00 noon.
Twenty One Whitfield is a 32-storey hotel with a site area of approximately 1,984 sq. ft. and a total gross floor area of about 34,803 sq. ft.. The ground floor houses the hotel lobby and an oyster bar, while the fifth floor features a garden patio. A total of 54 guest rooms occupy the sixth through to the 36th floors with two rooms on each floor. The elegantly designed rooms benefit from natural light due to curtain-walled windows, with some offering views of Victoria Harbour, which is ideal for watching fireworks and admiring Victoria Park’s greenery.
