Located in the bustling Inner West of Sydney, 7km from the CBD and less than 4kms from almost 75,000 students at Sydney University, The Lewisham Hotel is surrounded by a mixed catchment of commercial and residential properties with impressive planning control changes earmarked for the immediate surrounding area. This potential rezoning has the capacity to deliver 438 new homes with 876 new residents by 2026, according to the Inner West Planning proposal for Parramatta Road Corridor.

Richardson & Wrench Newtown’s Anthony Markakis sees a potential alternative, noting that, “Although the Lewisham Hotel currently trades as a pub, we expect many buyers will consider the future possibilities in light of the substantial landholding. The pipeline of rezoning opportunities in play with Council in the immediate surrounding area may also provide for additional scope in the medium to long term.”

The Lewisham Hotel is being offered for sale by way of an Expressions of Interest campaign, closing Wednesday 19th April 2023 (AEST).
