“The current owners acquired the property in September 2018 and have completed an extensive program of renovations, property upgrades and landscaping, including conservation work to the main building and the Granary,” he said.

Avon Valley Estate utilises its short-stay accommodation and grounds for hire to cater for family reunions and celebrations, tour groups, rally groups and ballooning tours/festivals, small music concerts, company conferences and/or social functions, and health retreats.
