Located at 99 Cootralantra Road, Cootralantra, New South Wales, the property is for sale with an asking price of $4.5 million.

Cooba Sport & Education Centre is centrally located in the NSW Snowy Mountains region, close to all attractions including ski resorts and Canberra, which many school groups seek to experience.
