The off-market deal brokered by Andrew Jolliffe and Dan Dragicevich, the 5th transaction concluded by HTL Property on behalf of Redcape this year, reflects the largest single asset pub sale for Sydney in 2023 – and the boutique agency’s fifth such record sale in successive years.
