KTQ Group has exclusively appointed ResortBrokers agents Tim Crooks and Miguel Bozina to offer the freehold of Bayshore Bungalows for sale $9.8 million.

Director of Hotels and New Developments Tim Crooks is personally handling the sale with area broker Miguel Bozina of the 14-villa retreat occupying an expansive 11,000 sqm freehold block only 550 metres from Belongil Beach.

KTQ Group, creators of the hugely successful Elements of Byron, built and developed Bayshore Bungalows, which opened in 2012. The resort comprises eight two-bedroom and six one-bedroom luxury bungalows, all fully self-contained.
