The leasehold interest in the historic Glasgow Arms Hotel, a cornerstone of Sydney’s vibrant Ultimo community, has been officially sold with operation to continue under the management of Stehr Hospitality.
The sale was successfully facilitated by Leonard Bongiovanni of MQ & Associates, marking a significant milestone for the iconic venue.
