Ray Larkin and Jeremy Cusack have conducted an off-market campaign for the Cudgegong Valley Motel in this highly sought after location.

The Sydney based Solent Group, a private family company, have purchased the property. This is their first venture into the motel industry.

The motel comprises 16 units, large three-bedroom residence, pool and commercial laundry. Set upon a 7,146 m2 parcel of land, the new owners intend to upgrade the existing units and further develop the site in the future.

Ray Larkin confirmed Mudgee has been a highly sought after and strong trading location for many years.
