The freehold going concern of luxury corporate hotel Mansi on Raymond sold for more than $10 million by ResortBrokers East Victoria Broker Chris Boschetti
ResortBrokers East Victoria Broker Chris Boschetti has sold the freehold going concern of luxury corporate hotel Mansi on Raymond in Gippsland for more than $10 million.
The multi-award-winning 39-key independent hotel, located in the strategic town of Sale, was purchased by Vivi Zhu and Leo Wang, who recently sold their freehold going concern interest in the 18-key Nagambie Motor Inn through ResortBrokers.
The purchase marks the first time Mansi on Raymond has changed hands since opening in 2013.
“Mansi on Raymond has set the bar for corporate stays in Gippsland, and I’m delighted ownership is passing into experienced hands who’ll maintain its exceptional quality and reputation,” says Chris Boschetti.
“Vivi and Leo are looking to build on their success in Nagambie. Mansi on Raymond ticked all the boxes for them. It has an excellent reputation, double the number of keys and solid corporate trade. Vivi and Leo also used to operate an accommodation business in the spa town of Daylesford, so they appreciate the appeal of mineral water baths in a hotel as an occupancy driver.”
“They’re taking on a first-rate asset that has been recognised by the corporate guest market through extremely robust occupancy as well as several industry awards — a testament to my clients, Mansi’s vendors Pam and Gavin Gibson.”
