The Mackellar Motel, Gunnedah is one of Gunnedah’s premium accommodation properties.  It has 30 4-Star suites with 24 years remaining on the lease.

The property has an annual turnover of $1,410,000 with a large 4 bedroom fully self-contained owners Residence.

The Business was sold to Gurmehar Enterprises Pty Ltd with a sale price of $1,050,000.

Jeremy Cusack said he wished Gurmehar Enterprises all the best with this new acquisition and advised MQ have many buyers waiting for Motel business opportunities to come available.
