ResortBrokers’ Director Alex Cook and Senior Broker Todd Warner have listed the off-the-plan management rights for Cascade, the latest high-rise project by respected Gold Coast builder-developer Andrews.

The offering is being marketed via a six-week expressions of interest campaign, with a price guide above $5 million. Expressions of interest close Friday, 16 May 2025 at 5 pm AEST.

Located in Robina, Cascade consists of two boutique 15-storey towers featuring 222 two- and three-bedroom apartments and five villas. The project is on track for completion by late 2025.

“Cascade is at the very top end of scale for permanent letting management rights,” said Mr. Cook.

“There are only a handful of management rights businesses on the Gold Coast with comparable net operating profits. Cascade will be a prized asset, and we anticipate strong interest from some of the industry’s best operators.”

ResortBrokers previously marketed and successfully sold the off-the-plan management rights for Andrews’ Vue Broadbeach and Encore Broadbeach apartment buildings in 2020 to a well-known local operator. Vue and Encore were completed in 2020 and 2021, respectively.

Andrews’ other recent developments include Beach House Broadbeach, completed in 2023, and Dune Main Beach, completed in 2024.

Approximately 50-55% of Cascade’s apartments are expected to be investor-owned, representing around 125 units in the onsite letting pool.

“Cascade will be highly tenantable due to the exceptional quality of its apartments and prime Robina location,” said Mr. Cook.

Home to over 26,000 residents, Robina is one of Australia’s most successful master-planned communities and among the country’s fastest-growing areas.

Located on Laver Drive, Cascade is strategically positioned near key Robina infrastructure, including Robina Town Centre, Cbus Super Stadium, Robina Hospital, Robina Parklands, TAFE Queensland Robina Campus and Robina train station.
