The hotel was sold on behalf of long term private owners, Campbell and Annette Gibson, along with their business partners. The Gibson’s are delighted with the sale and are looking forward to a sea change after 14 years in the saddle at the Elephant.

The sale includes 3 gaming machines (ranked 4th out of 42 pubs in NSW with 3 GMEs), 6 underutilised accommodation rooms, a large managers residence, beer garden, and occupies 1,067sqm on a prominent corner of bustling Keppel Street.

The Elephant was acquired by an experienced partnership of publicans who have grand plans for the picturesque hotel including, but not limited to, a major internal renovation.
