Interiors display an authentic 1900’s old world atmosphere, paying tribute to the hotel’s history.
First established in 1902, the pub was one of three hotels in town, originally named the Cambooya Railway Hotel. The name was changed to the Bull and Barley Inn in 1978 and it is now the only hotel in town.
The classic country style hotel trades 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and also offers accommodation onsite and over the counter bottle shop trade.

Speaking to THE HOTEL CONVERSATION, Geoff Percy from Ray White Commercial said the hotel was in excellent order.
“Bruce Dell has owned the Bull & Barley Inn for the past 15 years, building a business in a small country town that did over 1,000 meals a week and was so popular you had to book to get a table.”

“The hotel was sold and settled last week. New owner Mick Dewar, who has experience in the hospitality industry, has also purchased the block next door and intends to not only continue the great service but expand the hotel,” Geoff explained.
“Bruce is happy to see the hotel pass on to a motivated guy who wants to expand it. I would like to thank Bruce for entrusting the hotel to me to sell and wish Mick the best for the future.”
