ACCC approves $1.3bn Mantra acquisition by AccorHotels
The ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission) has this morning announced that it will not oppose the 127 hotel, $1.3 billion acquisition of Australia's Mantra Group by AccorHotels.
