Mantra Group acquires Art Series Hotel Group for $52.5m
Tim Crooks and Trudy Crooks from Resort Brokers Australia have brokered the acquisition of the Art Series Hotel Group by Mantra Group for $52.5 million.

The Adelaide Casino will be transformed into a world-class integrated entertainment destination under an agreement with the Government of South Australia, announced this week by SKYCITY Entertainment Group.
Adelaide is expecting an Atura hotel at Adelaide Airport in 2018; a Sofitel hotel on Currie Street in 2019; an Aloft hotel with 200 rooms in 2019; and a proposed Sheraton hotel is also anticipated to open in 2019.
