Auckland CBD Holiday Inn and EVEN Hotel site sold to Pro-Invest for $31m
Part of an Auckland CBD site which was previously home to the New Zealand Herald for over 150 years has sold for $31 million to Pro-Invest, who is planning a 490-room dual branded hotel development of around 37 levels on the site.
