Sydney pub Oxford Hotel Drummoyne sold to Arthur Laundy for $42m
HTL Property has announced the sale of the Oxford Hotel Drummoyne to industry stalwart, Arthur Laundy for $42m in a deal brokered by Dan Dragicevich, Andrew Jolliffe and Sam Handy.

Tasmanian Hotel Portfolio Sold - John Musca, Peter Harper, JLL Hotels
Sydney-based EBC Hotel & Leisure Fund have sold their Tasmanian hotel group in a circa $30 million deal to Melbourne-based boutique investment house Pentagon Group, in a transaction managed by JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group.
Pelathon Management has acquired the Grand Hotel in Cairns and two adjoining sites for $8.5 million, in a deal negotiated by CBRE Hotels Director Paul Fraser and CBRE Cairns Managing Director Danny Betros.
