Rustica founder to take over Hellenic Club site after signing 10-year lease
The site of George Calombaris' Hellenic Hotel is set to return to its Australian pub roots after being leased to Rustica Sourdough founder Brenton Lang in a deal negotiated through Michael Ryan and Joseph Walton from Allard Shelton.
