Brisbane’s landmark The Montague Hotel sold to family-owned hospitality group by CBRE Hotels’ Senior Director Paul Fraser. The Brisbane hotel sold as a Freehold Going Concern interest, which adds to the Brisbane-based buyer’s portfolio of Queensland pubs.
