New York and Miami based brand '1 Hotel' announced for Melbourne Northbank Seafarers project
Privately held Riverlee has been selected to develop Australia’s first '1 Hotel' opening in 2022, forming part of the $450 million multi-purpose Northbank project, Seafarers, in Melbourne.
