Feros Group cashes in on the Rocksia Hotel for $36m
CBRE Hotels has sold the landmark Arncliffe property which was converted into a large format suburban hotel some ten years ago by Nick and Chris Feros, to Oscars Hotels, headed by brothers Bill and Mario Gravanis.
The large format Vic on the Park Pub has sold in Sydney's Inner West suburb of Marrickville by Andrew Jolliffe of Ray White Hotels and Daniel Dragicevich of CBRE Hotels to Merivale CEO Justin Hemmes.
