Fiji Outrigger Resort and Castaway Island sold as part of USD 310m portfolio sale to Singha Estate
Singha Estate has announced the successful acquisition of six Outrigger-branded hotels across Fiji, Thailand, Mauritius and Maldives for USD 310 million, including Fiji's Outrigger Beach Resort and Castaway Island.
Sheraton, Westin and Denarau Fiji hotel resorts sold for $280m
The Sheraton Fiji Resort, The Westin Denarau Island Resort & Spa and the Denarau Golf & Racquet Club have sold for FJD $280m (AUD $179m) to the Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF) in a deal brokered by Rob Cross of CBRE Hotels.
