Gold Coast Airport $370 million redevelopment moves ahead
International property and infrastructure group Lendlease has been appointed to deliver Gold Coast Airport’s southern terminal expansion – the next phase of the $370 million airport redevelopment, Project LIFT.
The Federal Government has approved plans to develop a new 4 star, 192-room Rydges hotel and conference facility in the Gold Coast Airport’s terminal precinct.

The Preliminary Draft Major Development Plan has been prepared for the $50 million Rydges branded Gold Coast Airport hotel, featuring a rooftop bar and viewing deck, opening in 2019.
