Melbourne property developer Steller buys former Greyhound Hotel for $7.5 million
The site of St Kilda’s iconic former Greyhound Hotel sold for $7.5 million in a deal brokered by Savills Clinton Baxter, Jesse Radisich and Nick Peden following the hotel's controversial demolition earlier this year.
