Baillie Lodges expands with North Queensland hotel, Silky Oaks Lodge
Fresh from signing a joint-venture agreement with KSL Capital Partners, Baillie Lodges has announced a northerly addition to its portfolio of luxury lodges, with Tropical North Queensland hideaway Silky Oaks Lodge, set to handover in April 2019.
World-renowned hotel heavyweights, KSL Capital, have entered into a strategic partnership with Australian luxury lodge pioneer Baillie Lodges, in a deal brokered by Tom Gibson, Vice President of Investment Sales, JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group.
