The World Bar in Kings Cross reopens as multi-level arts hub, Fringe HQ
Lord Mayor Clover Moore and Minister for the Arts Don Harwin have announced funding to the Sydney Fringe Festival, enabling them to reopen The World Bar in Kings Cross as a multi-level arts hub, Fringe HQ.
