ErdiGroup's Hotel Urban Brisbane sold to Facilimate for $31 million
ErdiGroup today announced it has finalised the sale of the 4-star, 11 storey Hotel Urban Brisbane for $31 million to purchasers Facilimate, in a deal brokered by Neil Scanlan and Leo Carne of Colliers International.

Situated on the world heritage listed Fraser Island, Kingfisher Bay Resort, Eurong Beach Resort and the tour and marine businesses are being offered for sale by Gus Moors and Neil Scanlan of Colliers International.
