Mulpha announces Rydges Cairns Esplanade hotel for sale
Mulpha has announced the start of an international sales campaign to sell their 242-room Rydges Esplanade Resort Cairns in one of Australia’s leading RevPAR growth markets; for sale through JLL Hotels and Colliers International.
Kingfisher Bay Resort Group portfolio sold for $43 million
The portfolio including Kingfisher Bay Resort, Eurong Beach Resort, Fraser Explorer Tours and Fraser Island Ferries, all based on the World-Heritage listed Fraser Island, have collectively sold for $43 million to SeaLink Travel Group.
