The Lion Hotel Adelaide and adjacent three level office block at 183 Melbourne Street has been sold by Will Connolly of JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group.
Brisbane pub The Normanby Hotel leasehold sold to Pelathon
Pelathon Management Group has added Brisbane’s landmark The Normanby Hotel to its growing pub stable, who plan to close the pub for four months to undertake a full refurbishment.
