$450m Melbourne Northbank Seafarers Place hotel and mixed-use redevelopment officially approved
Property developer Riverlee has received development approval for its $450 million redevelopment of the Northbank Goods Shed and surrounding land, that is set to revitalise the disused industrial waterfront site with a 5-star luxury hotel and mixed-use precinct.
