Sheraton, Westin and Denarau Fiji hotel resorts sold for $280m
The Sheraton Fiji Resort, The Westin Denarau Island Resort & Spa and the Denarau Golf & Racquet Club have sold for FJD $280m (AUD $179m) to the Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF) in a deal brokered by Rob Cross of CBRE Hotels.
Lifestyle hotel brands are slowly emerging as the next key growth sector in Australia, as operators look to tap into the next generation of travelers and draw millennials back to the hotel market.
