Feros Group cashes in on the Rocksia Hotel for $36m
CBRE Hotels has sold the landmark Arncliffe property which was converted into a large format suburban hotel some ten years ago by Nick and Chris Feros, to Oscars Hotels, headed by brothers Bill and Mario Gravanis.
