Metropolitan Melbourne Hotel acquired by Serene Capital - JLL and Stonebridge
A near new purpose-built hotel in Ringwood Melbourne sold by Amber Property Group to Serene Capital. The hotel transaction negotiated by JLL Hotels & Hospitality’s Nick MacFie and Peter Harper in conjunction with Stonebridge Property Group’s Rorey James, Justin Dowers and Kevin Tong.
