Sydney Eastern Suburbs pub Four in Hand Hotel sold to Good Beer Company
Paddington's popular Four in Hand Hotel has sold to the Sydney based Good Beer Company, ending speculation of the pub being refurbished as a residential property.
After seven years of ownership, Pelathon has sold the leasehold of the popular Sydney pub to Universal Hotels in a deal negotiated by CBRE's Sam Handy and Daniel Dragicevich.
