Sydney independent pub group Tilley and Wills Hotels has acquired The Elephant Hotel in Fortitude Valley for more than $20 million in a deal negotiated by CBRE’s Paul Fraser and Jack Morrison, in conjunction with JLL’s Tom Gleeson.
Moelis Australia has entered into an exclusivity agreement in relation to the acquisition of both the real estate freehold and operating business of the Beach Hotel, Byron Bay in a deal facilitated by John Musca of JLL Hotels and Hospitality.
