Triple B Motels has sold the Sunshine Coast's Best Western Plus Lake Kawana Hotel to the Queensland-based Centro Group of Companies, with the sale negotiated by CBRE's Paul Fraser in conjunction with Peter Ward from Ward Commercial Hotels.
