Marriott International 'best placed' to lead Australian hotel recovery
Despite a tumultuous start with floods and bushfires before the Covid-19 pandemic, 2020 is set to be a record year of signings for Marriott International's Australia, New Zealand and Pacific region.
Following the opening of W Brisbane earlier this month, Marriott International has now announced that Darling Harbour's 'Ribbon' development will house their 5 star, 593-room W Sydney Hotel set to open in 2020 - with W Melbourne also planned to open in 2020.
