Auckland Waldorf Stadium Hotel sold, the largest Auckland hotel transaction in 12 years
The 4.5 star Waldorf Stadium Apartment Hotel located in the heart of Auckland CBD has sold to Australian-based Mulpha Group, in a deal brokered by Dean Humphries of Colliers International New Zealand and Wayne Bunz of CBRE Hotels Australia.
