Gold Coast's Watermark Hotel announced as IHG's first Voco Hotel in Australia
IHG has confirmed the first signing in Australia of their new upscale hotel brand, Voco, will be the 388-room Watermark Hotel & Spa Gold Coast, Surfers Paradise - opening late 2018.
SB&G Hotel Group has moved closer to its stated target of $1 billion of assets with the acquisition of two Watermark branded hotels in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
