The completion of a raft of hotels will redefine the Brisbane market in the next 12 months, with the Emporium Southpoint, Adina George Street, Westin Brisbane, Calile Hotel James Street and Art Series Howard Smith Wharves adding to the city’s first new luxury properties in two decades.

Brisbane's new flagship Emporium Hotel South Bank in the $600 million Southpoint development is set to open on 1 July 2018, with bookings for accommodation, conferencing and events now available.
Voted one of Australia's top hotels, the Emporium Hotel in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley has traded hands for about $40 million to Hong Kong-based boutique hotel chain Ovolo Hotels.
