The Sebel West Perth Aire Apartments has officially opened adding 64 new studio apartment style rooms to Perth’s resurging accommodation market, following the signing of an agreement with Singapore-based ZACD Group Ltd.

Singapore-based asset manager ZACD Group has finalised its acquisition of Finbar’s Aire Apartments for $12.5 million - The upcoming June 30 opening will see the serviced apartments operated by Accor Hotels be known as The Sebel West Perth Aire Apartments.
