Shangri-La Melbourne in 'Sapphire by the Gardens' development construction officially begins
The $565 million Sapphire by the Gardens development in Melbourne has officially commenced, which will house the 5-star Shangri-La Hotel adding 500 hotel rooms to the city in 2021.
